video link, felt, basket making and pottery

I was sent this link by my friend Olive, it shows some cottage industries in Ireland. A felt maker, potter, millinar and basket maker. I would love to have their life styles. I hope the link works outside of Ireland because it is from RTE and I know when I want to watch links from the UK stations they are blocked. Anyway hope it works!

These are some of the test pieces my students made this week. This project is working very well even one of the boys who hates art made a piece.

Christmas 2011

I Made this for myself, and now I am making some with my students, I will upload the photos later. The materials I used for this one were too expensive for class so I photocopied sheet music back to bak and got the students to make thiers from that. They are turning out lovely.
